Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Technical Assessment
Our engineers will conduct a remote diagnostic to determine if the hardware requires a return or can be calibrated via software update.
Secure Packaging
If a return is authorized, pack the machine in its original industrial crate with all lenses, power cables, and safety keys included.
Inspection and Refund
